Known for my culinary abilities of creating new fusions and flavours I set out on a mission to recreate the well known flavours that we all love and enjoy. I am second generation Jamaican female, born and raised in London England. Living in one of the most diverse capitals of the world has allowed me to experience a wide range of cultures and cuisines. Growing up I spent a lot of time in the kitchen of my Grandma making traditional Jamaican dishes. This came with countless trips to well known London markets for the freshest produce that she could get her hands on. The fresher the better, that was the motto for her ingredients. My cooking always has a Caribbean twist, as I am proud of my heritage and love all the exquisite flavours that comes with it.

With my London roots and Jamaican heritage, I carefully created a new Twisted Peri marinade and have launched it as my first and signature product. Living in Toronto and missing a well known British staple restaurant made me want to make products that can help people have a little bit of home whilst living in Canada.

As a kitchen connoisseur I am always trying to find time saving methods that don't take away from the deliciousness and quality of my meals. I found that one of the most time-consuming areas of cooking ... is the seasoning of meat, fish and veg. Trying to find spices and herbs that complement each other as well as the dish you are trying to create can be a trial and error process. My seasoning line will create those staple kitchen flavours, mixed and ready to go, so you don’t have to purchase numerous spices AND your kitchen cupboards can have a little more space ;)
