With my London roots and Jamaican heritage, I carefully created a new Twisted Peri marinade and have launched it as my first and signature product. Living in Toronto and missing well known British staple restaurants made me want to make products that can help people have a little bit of home while living in Canada.

A blend of all the imaginable green herbs and Caribbean spices to compliment every dish. Made to be used as a marinade and stored in the fridge. This condiment lasts a long time as it has natural preservatives like, lemon, thyme and a few sprigs of rosemary in each batch.

Green seasoning has various hot peppers and all spice to give it a moderately spicy flavour.  The flavour is delicious on meats, stews, curries, and rice dishes.
