Twisted Baked Twisted Peri Chicken

Season chicken 24 hours prior to cooking with Kay’s All ways Every day seasoning – and Twisted Peri marinade then refrigerate.


Preheat oven to 400 F degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or use a glass Pyrex dish.

  • Place the chicken in the heated oven and cover with foil for 35 minutes.

  • After approximately 30 minutes (until juices run clear) cover the chicken in the Twisted Peri marinade and give it a good stir to ensure its coated all over.

  • Reduce the oven temp to 350 F degrees as chicken is now cooked and leave uncovered for a further 15 minutes.
