This recipe uses the Green Seasoning and All Ways Every Day seasoning.
You will need
Okra
Bell Peppers
Broccoli
Onions
Shrimp
Tomatoes
Carb of your choice - Pasta, Potato or Rice - Cook this simultaneously or before your stir fry as it will only take 15 minutes for the recipe below to be completed
1) Wash and season your Shrimp with Green Seasoning and leave in the fridge to marinate for 12-24 hours.
2) Wash and cut your vegetables then lightly season with All Ways every day seasoning. Remove Shrimp from the fridge.
3) In a frying pan or wok, heat an oil of your choice over a medium heat. I prefer to use Olive oil or unsalted butter
4) Once the oil has heated up add your seasoned vegetables and stir with a utensil for a even cook.
5) When the Veg has almost softened to your liking reduce the heat for the pan and add your marinated Shrimp. Cook until they turn to a nice pink colour. They should not be translucent or grey at all. I usually cook my Shrimp for 5-7 minutes depending on the size and amount of them in the pan.
